Booking Instructions
Once you have completed this online booking form you will receive a payment form by an email attachment. Each delegate/presenter/accompanying person, must complete their own individual booking form, we cannot accept group bookings.
Please complete the payment form attached to your email and return it by post or email as soon as possible to the address shown on the form. Your place will be unconfirmed until payment is received in full.
Once your payment has been received you will be sent confirmation of your place in the form of an invoice/receipt.
Students
Bookings made by students should be supported by a scan or photocopy of a valid student ID/NUS card please. This should accompany the payment form and be sent by email or post to the same address the payment form is sent to.
